I have to create a file for a customer to import to a web site. The Web Site is stating they need the file in CSV format but unless I wrong what they want is not CSV. They have sent me an example which is below:

coporate_name;site_name;remote_name;division ;country;cb_corp_id ;state;city;postal_code;street1;street2;function_scope;no_employees;cb_internal_site_id
Global Company Test;;;This field may include information concerning the division;Germany;I-WORLD-GLOB-2;NRW;Hagen;58093;Heydastrasse 15;;;;
Global Company Test;Local Site;;This field may include information concerning the division;Germany;;NRW;Hagen;58093;Heydastrasse 15;;;12;my-own-site-id-1
;Single Site;;This field may include information concerning the division;Germany;;NRW;Hagen;58093;Heydastrasse 15;;;12;my-own-site-id-2
Global Company Test;Local Site;Logistics Site;;Germany;;;;;;;logistics;;

As you can see this data is separated with colons and no quotes. If I create a CSV file and view it the character data is surrounded with double quotes and separated with commas. How can I get data from a table in this format one line for each record data separated with colons and a carriage return and line feed at the end of each line?
