Susan,
There are other ways, from within VFP or external. For example from within VFP you might use XMLDOM and parse it, or read into an ADO recordset and process recordset (child tables have adChapter value), or use strextract() and alike commands for parsing.
Externally you might ask someone to create a converter in .Net.
There are XML experts here who might have better ideas.
