Does ISBLANK() help?

Anyone know how to determine only the records that have been edited? So far I have tried copying the table to another and setting it to accept nulls - no help. I've tried using the transform() function and nesting that in the chr() function to see if it would yield a different value (it doesn't). It's not critical, and may be unsolvable, but I thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone had a solution.
