I've also tried to connect to SQL Server with VFP, but without success. I did also tried the sa account, but still can't connect.

This client is running XP, but I can connect from another XP station. I will check if they have the same service pack.

>I may well be suggesting stuff that you've already tried but, can you connect into the sql database from that client by using say a UDL file or maybe even through excel or something, mainly trying to see if you can connect outside your app.
