How do i remove header/footer in multi-detail band?

However, what you can do to suppress the information is enter some Print When logic for each item in those bands. For example, if you use NOT EOF() as the Print When, and check the box for remove when blank, those items won't print and all the extra space should be collapsed.

Dear Cathy
Thank you for your help. It's weird the header and footer always print, i think there should be a setting to let me decide about that in the particular case of multiple detail bands. It just makes the whole method ( i.e multiple detail bands ) inusable in many cases.
I was looking for something to put in the Print When, but was afraid of the !eof() in this case. I'll give it a try.
