I think you probably want to load content into an IFRame. The main problem with this will likely be sizing of the frame to match the original page, but once you got that you can load a URL in that frame without affecting the main Address of the browser as it's a child window.

I was thinking maybe there was a way to build the webpage and then use dhtml to hide the toolbar and address bars.
