You can use Class Browser. Open the class library, navigate to your combo, right click, Redefine..... oh yes. :)

Update. I'm sorry, I misread your message. There is no easy way to do this. You have to copy the new added PEM's to your second parent class. (Or at least create and leave them empty in second parent class).
