The document is protected. You can't unprotect it without knowing the password. None of that surprises me. They don't want anybody to be able to modify a tax form. They probably use scanners too and don't even want the margins to change. When I printed it on my LJ 4L, it gave me the same warning, but printed fine. If it doesn't print right for you, you'll need to send it to another printer.
