vfpOutlook

A FREE, very "usable" library for automating MS-Outlook. This "code based" class is very flexible and uses vfp tables to hold the Outlook properties, allowing you to support multiple versions, extend the capabilities, and make processing changes - all without requiring changes to the base code. It will support *any* of the Outlook folder/item types including Contacts, Appointments, EMail, etc. This class comes with a readme file, extensively documented code, test code, and test tables. It will even support any custom properties that you have added to Outlook!

Description
I created this class out of pure need. I couldn't find any existing Outlook classes that dealt specifically with extracting data out of database tables and putting it into Outlook contacts and appointments. The current version deals with Contacts (people) and Appointments, e-mail capabilities will be in the next release. The code was written using VFP 7.0 and Outlook 2002. I have also tested it using VFP 6.0 and Outlook 2000. Some modifications may be necessary for older versions of VFP and/or Outlook. At the beginning of the class file is some SAMPLE CODE that will automatically add some sample contacts and appointments to your Outlook to demonstrate the class for you. This is Public Domain code.
