Description
X-Ray is a utility that I have on EVERY client site! It allows me to have most of the functionality of the full VFP product (just like any runtime). It shows Open Tables, A Command History grid, A Command Window, and one-button access to the most-used VFP functions. All programs were compiled using VFP 7.0, but should work with 6.0 as well. Randy Pearson (unchanged full-source included) "Code Block" will allow you to write/save/compile/run multi-line programs on-the-fly. - Incorporates the "NukeFRXPrintInfo" program Created by: Jim Haentzschel (unchanged full-source included) This utility removes printer specific settings from reports. - "Clean" utility will remove extended ascii characters from tables (configurable). - "Remove Duplicates" utility will show duplicate records in a table and allow you to remove them. - Quickly and easily "Remove Triggers" from a table, then "Restore Triggers" back to the table. XRay keeps a copy of the triggers in the table "comments" field for easy backup access. - Modify files, reports, etc. - You can open multiple tables at a time and see which ones are open and what indexes are set on each. - Execute any supported command - A "command history" grid allows you to re-execute any command without retyping it. - You can run any foxpro .exe, .app, form, or program directly. I use this to send small "utility forms/programs" to clients without the need to compile them. They can also be edited on-site and "tweaked" as needed. - Databases: Open, View Contents, Pack, etc. - Tables: Open, Browse (last/normal), Pack, Re-index, Modify Structure, Show Tags, etc. All source code is included.
