AFP 3.0 comes with a true Windows service (written in C++, BTW) and runs just fine on any machine without anyone being logged on. We do not rely on any work around like using SRVANY.EXE.

WWC uses a COM server that is automatically started by the ISAPI extension. It doesn't require any server to be launched manually, either.
