Ive posted this message earlier but wasn't sure if it worked or not, so apologies if youve read this twice.

Anyway, the problem I have is that I have made a link into Access and set up some remote views into the tables. Reading the tables is fine, but when I come to update them with some new records, because two of the Access tables have field names containing "/" characters, Fox has a fit and refuses to update the records properly, connectivity errors and the like. So if anyone has a workaround for this problem, or better still a new ODBC driver for Access that translates foreign field characters properly I would be forever in your debt.
