>Oh I've asked questions here before and rarely got a lucid competent answer from anyone. I've been working with dbase languages now since 1983, so I have fewer and fewer questions that need to be answered. When the situation arises that I have a question, I'll call people who I trust, like Kevin Goff, JVP, Kevin McNeish, etc. I then get real answers, not pablum served up by neophytes or people who want to argue about the approach rather than answer the question because they don't have a clue.
Wow, now you insult all members of the UT and you put above all of them. That is a bold statement for someone that is barely answering technical questions in this forums, but instead wastes most of the time in worthless diatribe, the truth is that it is very difficult to find just one message where you were helpful to anyone here, in your 10 years of UT member, you provided 2 solutions to VFP users, not much for someone so proficient as you claim you are.
Not that you have to do it, but you should not insult those who do it or at least try to help.
By the way, you said "or people who want to argue about the approach rather than answer the question because they don't have a clue". That is exactly what I feel when people tells me that I should use VB, or later .NET for something I can accomplish with FoxPro, like JVP used to do here.
