Did you put the Test method in main.prg? How and when are you calling it? Can you copy it here?
DCOMCNFG will not work on mtdll servers. You would need to add user rights to any new directories, files or COM exe servers you're calling from the vfp mtdll. Are you launching from ASP.NET? or ASP?
