>Someone asked here several weeks ago about travelling in New York City. One response mentioned a hotel in Manhattan that cost around $80 and had all kinds of murals and paintings. I couldn't tell from the website if the place was very nice, but it sure looked interesting. Then I forgot the name and lost the link.
