due to the restrictions on outlook these days the only good way I've found of sending emails from a non attended machine is with smtp code to talk straight to the mailserver.

however because this does not use outlook at all there is no entering the sentbox etc, have you not found the security boxes on the updated outlook ruins it for automation?
