In the Apps that use Outlook, it is normally a once off , e.g. sending one Invoice or statement, and even thouh the security boxes are an irritant, it does mean that 'All' emails sent are accessible easily from the one area i.e. the Outlook sent box.
'No entering the sent box' what do uou mean here ?
