You understood my question correctly. Although I don't understand what do you mean by "mailbox .pst" . I thought all of my Outlook stuff is in one file, Outlook.pst.

If so, there was a limit to the file size of 1.82GB but that was fixed in a hotfix for Outlook 2002.
