>The whole idea was started with my son interesting in geography. He is now asking me to open UT and click on the flags and see various cities around the world. He is 5 and a half and he knows countries and cities much better than I do. He can show any country we ask him on the map and he memorizes all flags. My husband bought him wall map and a book of flags and it's his favorite reading now...
Nadya, we all do things with our children that we only in retrospect understand how dangerous they were. You were extremely lucky, though, that your son was exposed to UT when I was absent. With today's kids, you never know how fast they read.
If, in the following few days, you notice any of the following symptoms:
- he's made a joke, but you aren't sure, because he's not laughing
- you think he's made a joke, but it isn't funny right away; you have to follow a train of thought (or a convoy of trucks of thought, or a bucket line of thouht, whatever - I don't want to assume anything about others' system of mental transportation)
Then, I'd recommend you don't show my messages or picture to him. I don't want to be blamed for any sort of influence.
