BTW, it seems like it's getting out of hand. Yesterday I wanted to work on my job from home. But he insisted on opening UT and go through all the different countries/states and fixing. He would not let me to do other work, as I intended.

He is not young anymore and I have hard time trying to manage him. I am unable to be strict with him, so he does what he wants. How do you influence your kids?
