I guess even the random folks could plot their bites on the 2D model. We could end up with a set of directed graphs that could be further analyzed.
So he unrolls? or just takes a bite out of the middle and proceeds to the ends?
>2d is probably sufficient. I cut from the top down, towards the plate. Most people probably do the same.
