Well after reading your comment, i decided to create a seperate solution to host the User controls, the reason i chose this is because there is going to be more than one developer using the same controls. Also it makes it easier to deploy and the solution build time will be that much less.

Also These Controls are Specific to the Actual project, as an example of one of the controls, it is going to be a customer drop/search list.
