>When I heard these I thought, "mmm... BSAC... Being Submerged Act Crazy". Pathetic, I know, but no less that F.U.C.K - I'd say it wasn't even worth dispelling the "urban myth". I suppose when Charles (whichever one it was) died, it then became "fornication under the new king" - FUNK! - then "copulating under new terms", and "Deciding If Charles the King Had Enough Already Darling"
I once read memoirs of Pero Zlatar, reporter. In the passage about his stay in the capital of Albania some time in sixties or so, he wrote how nothing newsworthy happened for days, and a whole pack of reporters were stuck in the (only) hotel for foreigners while they were waiting for their permissions to go there or see that, so they just sat in the hotel lobby, drank and exchanged jokes. I'm awfully sorry I don't remember the others, but only these abbreviations, collected by these gentlemen of the press, have stuck in my mind:
SABENA - such a bloody experience never again
ADIDAS - all day I dream about sex
JAT - joking about time (JAT was Jugoslovenski Aero-Transport)
