Hi Everyone,
I had read the microsoft article below at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;161832which extracts the .BMP in the general field.
The article says that it will not work if when you add the image to the general field using "Append General". Any idea how to make it work when the image was inserted using "Append General"?
