Well said. Anyone ever hear of Open Insight 2.0? I doubt if very many will raise their hands :-) The associated multi-valued link-hashed RDBMS was a pure joy in DOS but it had birthing problems in the GUI environment. It was still-born. Mostly because of negative reactions by the developer community. If the developer community diss's the product what is John Q Public going to do? I used to own an Apple store and one thing stood out for sure - sell what you have, not what you don't have.
