Well Cetin You are right and it was one among the solution I consider.
I have no problem in rapresenting the sits as circular, my problem is
to fill the sectors around the circle.
Anyway the discussion made my mind a little bit clearer than before.
What made me in trouble was my very first Idea. That was to divide the theatre in container object (the variuos sectors) and to fill each object with the its sits. It would be great if i could rotate the sector object
but as it is not possible, I'll fill my form using trigonometric functions!!!

>What if you didn't have VFP9? I did similar in VFP3 and what I did was simply create a shape class that looks like a circle representing the location ('seat') (would they care about shape of seat? if they do it also consists comfortable VIP seats, regular ... and you might end up with some visio like automation - or mapobjects like GIS activex:). Since my locations were circular I didn't have a problem about their rotation. They nicely react click, right click and record data. Just an idea.
>PS: You might even use labels if you find some webdings font representing seats.
