>Well said. Anyone ever hear of Open Insight 2.0? I doubt if very many will raise their hands :-) The associated multi-valued link-hashed RDBMS was a pure joy in DOS but it had birthing problems in the GUI environment. It was still-born. Mostly because of negative reactions by the developer community. If the developer community diss's the product what is John Q Public going to do? I used to own an Apple store and one thing stood out for sure - sell what you have, not what you don't have.

The sad thing on M$ people is they are pointing to something that is not necessary and not related to the problem. They (M$) should also think on the economic side of the developers or clients and not only on there side. How can we sell the product without that BASIC but deadly needed feature ( built-in security on DBC/Tables even outside OS ).
