No tables are included in the project.

I finally got through to the folks having the problem. None of the files are marked read only. So I had them try to edit a document over the network using WordPerfect. This document is not readonly however when they try to open it they get the message that it is in use (it is not) or is read only. This leads me to beleive that it is the network setting.
