It wouldn't be a case of certain tables being included in the proj. would it? It's not obvious from your (2nd hand) report WHICH file is being objected to. ????

>I have a VPF 7 application that runs on a peer-to-peer Windows XP network. I was just installed on a new network set up over the weekend but it will not work correctly. I have nothing to do with the network installation but I suspect that is where the problem lies. We have run it in this configuration many times with no difficulty.

After login, it comes up with error "Cannot update cursor". Then if try to update any files, get message "Record is read only". We have checked the properties of the files and they are NOT read-only. What else should we check? Are there settings somewhere that we should look at?
