I am not sure what the commands are in ASP.Net, but in ASP classic, I use these...

In the ASP code, I place this at the top of the page.
<%
Response.Expires = -1
Response.Expiresabsolute = Now() - 1000
Response.AddHeader "cache-control","private"
Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"

In the HTML Head block, I place this.
<head>
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="EXPIRES" Content="Fri, Jun 12 1981 08:20:00 GMT">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" Content="NO-CACHE">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" Content="NO-CACHE">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" Content="NO-STORE">
</head>
All this maybe a bit of an overkill, but it works.
