Hi,
I was planning to deploy Web Application it has diff. Schema design but to dependent on our existing Application (Accounting and so on).Now I want to Create a FILEGROUP in such a way that a separate FILEGROUP for WEB Application Table and Another FILEGROUP for Accouting. In this I can set the WEB FileGroup to another HARDDRIVE to improve performance at it will not affect the accouting app.

My question are:
- Am i doing the right thing?
- Is my assumption is correct that separating FILEGROUP and HARDDRIVE would somehow improve performance on Disk Access?
- I have no experience in FILEGROUP in LIVE DB. Are there are any issue?
- How to I tranfer Table from one FILEGROUP to Another?

Thanks for your reply
