If we decide to make a Visual Basic front-end menu that accepts parameter inputs for some new Crystal Reports that I have created for a customer, I have not used Visual Basic for several years. What version should we purchase? In other words, what's the least expensive way to VB the front-end because we won't be using VB for anything but a simple front-end form or two ahead of Crystal Reports.

Thanks for the info. I am trying to save the customer some money and don't want any misteps. I suggested they not get VFP althought I have written a similar front-end in VFP before, because if they have someone else come in and take over for me, then it'd be better for them in the long run to stick with VB or something else, if someone can suggest a different front-end development software instead of VB or VFP.
