My network manager is saying that with SQLServer CAL license if the three applications are being run on the same client it only counts as one connection because the license is by client seat. I said I thought each connection counted whether or not it comes from one client. I am thinking if I see 97 Process ID's in the EA Management Process Info window then I have 97 connections even if they only come from 10 clients. Can you clarify?
