Please read Craig's more recent blog entries. Sedna is not about VFP to .NET conversion but about VFP interop with .NET and more. An a related note, much of what http://vfpconversion.com by EPS and others is about is helping VFP developers learn about .NET who are interested, often to use .NET with VFP rather than migrate away from VFP to .NET only. About half of VFP developers are planning on learning and/or using .NET within the next few years, 26% say they have already started. But over 90% of VFP developers surveyed say they plan to be using VFP for at least the next several years. So interop (VFP working with .NET) is going to become more and more important for developers and applications over the next 2 to 5+ years.
