Thanks Ken!
*:* Please read Craig's more recent blog entries. Sedna is not about VFP -*:* to .NET conversion but about VFP interop with .NET and more.
Ok a need read more recent blogs, about VFP, SEDNA...but...
*:* An a related note, much of what
http://vfpconversion.com by EPS and
*:* others is about is helping VFP developers learn about .NET who are
*:* interested, often to use .NET with VFP rather than migrate away from VFP
*:* to .NET only. About half of VFP developers are planning on learning
*:* and/or using .NET within the next few years, 26% say they have already
*:* started. But over 90% of VFP developers surveyed say they plan to be
*:* using VFP for at least the next several years. So interop (VFP working
*:* with .NET) is going to become more and more important for developers and
*:* applications over the next 2 to 5+ years.
With this "Interops" word i think..in the distant future(as SEDNA a distant planet....) VFP it finished being a BIG "DLL" with this "all" things what .NET it cannot to do... and then I will be a happy .NET oldman programer...
Thanks Ken...
