NT does not have an undelete command. Presumably you have checked the Recycle bin for the file? Other than restoring from a backup then I can only suggest trying third party products. I have checked my Technet resource for anything that can help and was unsuccessful - suprising really.
Is the disk formatted to NTFS rather than FAT?
