The server is using NTFS format. Actually, I was not suprised. I read though my NT4 books. They didn't say anything about undelete. Yesterday, I re-bulit my program although it was wasting time. Thanks for your help.

>NT does not have an undelete command. Presumably you have checked the Recycle bin for the file? Other than restoring from a backup then I can only suggest trying third party products. I have checked my Technet resource for anything that can help and was unsuccessful - suprising really.
