Blame it on the media! I watched Fox News and they selectively edited what they wanted to present. Had I watched CNN I would have seen the whole truth! :)

I remember that when the President handed over his umbrella to that other man he then walked in the rain. Perhaps it quit raining?



>He couldn't use his official umbrella holder because he gave his umbrella to a gentleman that recently was given a civilian award (I cannot remember the gentleman's name or the award) when he got off of the plane. If his aide was holding the umbrella (as was the case at one point) then President Bush couldn't have handed his over...
