Well, I guess, but other things being pretty equal (like performance of APP vs. EXE), we have enough computer savvy users around that know what an EXE is, but have never seen an APP, if they poke around in their files...the EXE is more standard, like a DLL...this tends to promote vfp as a "mainstream" application, I believe. Uh-oh, now waxing philosophical :)
