Huh?

Kuwait was unjustifiebly attacked by Iraq. Their people were raped, their
country was pilaged, their livelyhood disrupted.

We completely destroyed Iraqs military in 1990-91. They were
no threat militarily to anyone. Yet we attacked them again for
no reason.

This Iraq war is just like Vietnam:

1) It's an unpopular war
2) It can't be won
3) The enemy is well trained on their own turf

The foe is NOT different. We are again up against a militia that has
many years of combat experience. The average US soldier in Iraq now
had little or no combat experience before Iraq - just like those 18
year old kids we sent to Vietnam.

What threat does a militant in Iraq represent against the homeland of
the US?? Why do you think these militants don't come over here en force
and attack us? Why do they sneak attack us in far off lands? Because
then can't touch the power of the US military at home. We are safe
from invasion here.
