>I have posted a question to Susan Graham regarding getting MS to send out an email to all their known addresses in the Memphis area announcing that our user group will be demonstrating VFP6 at the next meeting and also asked her for some additional copies to give away as door prizes. She said it would be ok for me to give away my one copy (from Devcon) but I'd have to contact Robert Green to do anything else. What are your thoughts? I think several of us should email Robert to get this moving. The lure of the beta (which is already old) would be another big plus for VFP exposure.

I saw that posting. Truthfully, there is no way that Microsoft can get the mailing done in that short of time. I've had them do mailings before. It takes a few months to get it done. I think I'll work with them on doing one for the fall, when VFP 6.0 is released. Have you talked to Angela Regan about doing the mailing?
