That's the hardest part, I think :) I haven't researched this problem yet, though. The simple (but may be not since you're in the framework) way would be to know, when a USER closes the application and assume, that all other cases are caused by Windows Shutdown.

That's the first idea which comes to mind, see, if you can work from it, otherwise I'll run a research on the problem...
