How many do you need? One American Citizen is jailed without a hearing. Is considered guilty and has to prove his innocence. That is one too many. No matter how despicable the guy maybe, he must have his day in court. If he's found guilty, then fry him. But his rights, and mine and yours have to be protected under the Constitution. Right now they're not.
