Hi Michel,
I have had this problem in the past, I can't recall exactly what the problem was but I think it was related to the DCOM user s settings, i.e. interactive vs launching user.
I can remember seeing a descrepancy between the user defined in the DCOM settings and one againt the process in the task manager.
I have never had any problems with the user set to the interactive user.
