>>Hi All,

>>I'm develop several report using the report writer. These reports are using pre-printed forms of various lengths. One form is 8 1/2 x 10 1/2 and the other is 8 1/2 x 7. My question is what do I have to do in order to change the page length so the top of form matches my pre-printed forms. Please Help. Thanks in advance.

>There are commands available within FP to adjust page length. I think U need to check _PLENGTH, I think. It has been sometime since I needed to do that sort of stuff. Also, back in my old DOS days, I sent out printer codes directly to the printer via "???". What evironment are U in: DOS or Windows? This process may be easier in DOS. Modifing the Windows printer setup may require the use of a third party library or custom C+ routine to update a Win API. Also, what platform are U running on. That may also be an issue. Well, htwh. Hi Guys,
I appreciated the quick response to my situation. These reports are written in FPW 2.6 (windows). using a dot matrix printer that doesn't apprear to have a page length to match these pre-printed forms. I hope that I don't have to redo these reports using the ?? or @says.
