Thanks for the info. I managed to get it working... but I had to manually remove any trace of the COM server from registry, re-register the app
and configure it to run under an admin account.
What a pain...

I did go to ghostscript.com even to artifex... but there is no info for how much $$$
I am in development mode and trying to get clients... so $$$ are pretty scarce
I will try to send them an email.
