You told me that he could not compensate me for something done by Hallogram/Xitech. I have not requested a refund. I have requested the version of the product I should have received given the timing of my purchase. What cost is there to Jan Brebara to send a copy of the latest version of ReFox and a key via e-mail? I can prove my purchase of ReFox 10 and the timing of that purchase. His absolute refusal to deal with this and similar situations shows a complete ignorance of the value of customer service. I purchased the
>product once. I may be interested in purchasing future upgrades. But I'll be damned if I am going to purchase an upgrade a week after unknowingly purchasing the previous version.

I totally agree with you Joel. Perhaps given more time Jan will really see the big picture and send you (free) the newest version.
