My notebook is going to retire. I'm looking how to transfer its Windows XP Pro system to another computer. What I've found in Windows XP EULA is:

4. TRANSFER—Internal. You may move the Product to a different Workstation Computer. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Product from the former Workstation Computer.

Is this process as simple as described: just install and activate OS on new computer and remove it from the old one? Please share your experience.
