No, it works perfectly well. However You need to explicitly add the ".ico" extension otherwise it creates an icon with a ".bmp" extension and most apps are confused by that. In my Explorer I saw the icon just fine.
Concerning the small and the large icon in the grid. Yes! this is the problem I already wrote in one of my mails. VFP always treats icons as 32x32 icons and if necessary enlarges them. That's Why I normally work with bitmaps.
