This topic seems to have drifted from NO, so it shouldn't matter if I tell you that the telephone switch software is up and running. I got very busy in the middle of the week when we realized that simply scanning for ACKs and NAKs was not sufficient because any block check character can look like an ACK or a NAK or an STX or ETX for that matter. We had to do the whole message recognition thing so that we knew what was what. It works.

I've been at it since 2:30 am so I will go to bed and tell you more later.

Great Eastern is contracting a friend of mine (Dale Strickler) to help me get more done. He is very experienced with C++ and I am teaching him VFP. He has more questions than I can answer so I will ask GERM about paying you for telephone consultation time if that is agreeable.
